Dr. Manocha specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions, providing comprehensive nonsurgical care for patients experiencing back pain, neck pain, chronic joint pain and musculoskeletal conditions related to injury and arthritis.
His clinical expertise includes advanced interventional pain treatments such as spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation and minimally invasive spine procedures. He also has a special interest in regenerative medicine and orthobiologic therapies for chronic pain affecting the spine and joints.

Dr. Manocha earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies at Wright State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in biology. He completed a General Surgery internship at Western Reserve Care System/Northside Hospital before completing his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Case Western Reserve University. He went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Dr. Manocha takes a patient-centered approach to pain management, working closely with each patient to understand their symptoms, goals and lifestyle. He believes that effective pain care begins with listening and shared decision-making, allowing patients to play an active role in determining the treatment approach that is right for them.
Dr. Manocha is also the founder of RegenCures, a practice focused on orthobiologic therapies for chronic joint and back pain. He has participated in clinical research and has authored and contributed to publications related to interventional pain medicine, peripheral nerve stimulation, regenerative medicine and musculoskeletal conditions.

This is a fascinating development. In my practice we've seen similar outcomes with the revised protocol. The key differentiator seems to be patient selection criteria. Has anyone else noticed the correlation with BMI thresholds?
Great point. I'd push back slightly on the conclusion, the sample size in the cited study is too small to draw population-level inferences. That said, the directional signal is compelling and worth a larger RCT.
We implemented a similar approach last year. Early results are promising but we're still gathering 12-month follow-up data. Happy to share our protocol if anyone is interested.
