Allstate Alleges Florida Ortho Kickback Scheme

Allstate, the United States’s fourth-largest property and casualty (P/C), generating nearly $70 billion in annual revenue, is suing a Florida Orthopedics practice, alleging that they engaged in a kickback scheme where a $16,500 radiofrequency ablation bill somehow, allegedly became a $1,500 kickback payment for patient recruiting.
